Sticking Hands Video - 1990

In 1987 a couple of ladies from the Victoria Women Wing Chun club produced a video for their sticking hands program. We still make this a requirement for our Intermediate level students to learn. For the Advanced level the techniques have to be modified to make them more applicable against skilled opponents. Another video will be made for those.

Sticking Hands Video by Yvette Wong and Ray Van Raamsdonk

You don't really start to learn Wing Chun until you have spent many hours at Chi sau.

In the 1980’s some instructors around the world had a difficult time to teach this aspect in an organized way. For this reason Yvette Wong and Ray Van Raamsdonk (in 1990) produced a very detailed video covering the Chi sau testing requirements for the Victoria Ladies Wing Chun Club.

All aspects of the sticking hands training system were covered. A series of six newsletters were also produced to cover the theory testing requirements for the Victoria Ladies Wing Chun Club.

The newsletters have gotten excellent reviews by many of the top Wing Chun instructors around the world.
