In 1987 the Victoria Women’s Wing Chun club made a Wing Chun video describing the sticking hands curriculum that we had at that time. This video shows all the basic mechanics and drills for the beginner level of sticking hands. including freestyle sticking hands at the end. Wing Chun was supposed to be a woman’s art and this video shows the ladies version of sticking hands. We still use the same drills for our current classes for the University Wing Chun program. It is mandatory for all students to know what is on this tape for our second level of Wing Chun.
